Lofty is a high-risk AdTech / media platform. As Finance Manager — International Payments & Acquiring I owned its international payment flows and acquiring partnerships, including the demanding 18+ high-risk categories most providers won't touch.
Mandate
Expand and harden the acquiring network across regions, run the full partner lifecycle, and keep high-risk processing both compliant and cost-efficient.
What I built and owned
- Full acquiring-partner lifecycle — due diligence, AML/KYC, onboarding and ongoing relationship management for each partner.
- Onboarded and integrated Stripe and Shift4, passing full compliance procedures for high-risk 18+ categories.
- Sourced and integrated acquiring partners across EU, LatAm, US and Asia, and added crypto and alternative payment methods to widen coverage and approval.
- Identified and mitigated payment-related financial and legal risks tied to high-risk clients, and delivered cost-optimization recommendations.
