Context
ADDOP is a media-buying operation under Cyprus jurisdiction. As Senior Finance Manager I owned its financial structure — the money side of running paid media at scale.
Mandate
Keep the financial structure clean and the numbers honest: manage cash flow and payments, and make sure what buyers reported actually matched what the ad networks showed.
What I did
- Managed the financial structure of the media-buying project under Cyprus jurisdiction.
- Worked with crypto and international payment systems; handled payment requests and cash flow.
- Automated reporting with Google Sheets, Google Apps Script and ad-network API integrations — so reporting pulled itself instead of being assembled by hand.
- Reconciled actual spend against buyer reports and ad-network data, flagging discrepancies before they became losses.
